WOW! what an experience. Let me tell you what my rep Kevin did for me. I had my wifes birthday in little less than a week, After talking to her friends i narrowed it down to the Nikon D200. The only problem is I knew nothing about cameras. This is in response to the unfortunate turn of events regarding my last
attempt to purchase a camera, The Panasonic AG-DVC30, which was brought to
my attention that it is being discontinued. But I do appreciate the way you
guys handled the situation, with prompt calls and responses and great
customer service. Because of this I am still eager to do business with you,
and would like some information on the Sony HVR-A1, 1/3-Inch Professional
HDV Camcorder and what kind of packages are available for it. Thank you, and

I JUST WANTED TO THANK SCOTT FOR MAKING A GREAT RECOMMENDATION , I ALMOST MADE A HUGE MISTAKE UNTIL HE ADVISED ME TO UPGRADE TO THE NEW SIGMA LENSES INSTEAD OF THE THE OLDER CANON LENSES THAT I WANTED , HIS EXPERTISE REALLY MADE ME A COMFORTABLE WITH MY PURCHASE THERE WAS NO HARD UP SELL LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER ONLINE COMPANIES , THE SIGMA 24-70 2.8EX AND 70-200 2.8 EX MACRO ARE BEAUTIFUL AND FOR ME AS A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER I COULDN'T BE MORE IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY , I SHOT SIDE BY SIDE WITH CANON LENSES AND SIGNIFICANCE IN PICTURE QUALITY WAS OUTSTANDING ON HIS RECOMMENDATIONS , I WILL DEFINITELY BUY FORM 1WAYPHOTO AGAIN . I just got off the phone with your customer service rep scott. You need to give this guy an award or bonus or something so you don't lose him. You don't want him leaving your company, people would pay him good for the service and satisfaction he brings to the sales department. And let's face it, I could've called a company and got some clueless person that doesn't care if I bought anything or not. Instead I got Scott , who knew what he was talking about, was able to make suggestions on my order, and made me feel comfortable buying online.
